I have been a regular viewer and thought that they were reasonably accurate in their news casts. But after hearing that they blatantly lied in a news cast showing a spliced video of Pierre Poilievre saying something he never said. After being caught they apologized for the so-called misunderstanding and fired the person who did the splicing. So that person is the fall guy. I will avoid CTV news. This is proof that we need to check news reports from multiple outlets with different views to get a balanced view and maybe the truth. To much of our media is biased toward the liberal agenda.
