The game is a visual novel - meaning you'll basically sit through a detective story with little to no interactivity.
The game has a number of problems. The biggest one is that while it is not an interactive game, you still have to perform actions for the story to advance. At each step you have to select the right topic to discuss with a character, examine the right element of the scenery, or think to yourself. This looks innocuous but it is infuriating as there is each time only one correct action to select (that is usually very random and not guessable), so you'll have to do some trial and error. And yet whatever you do the game will also eventually proceed in a predetermined way.
Overall, the gameplay is really obnoxious.
The atmosphere is nice but most characters are transparent. All of them but a couple few fall into the "nice and cute and well-behaved manga character with no personality" trope, as if they were AI generated. The graphics are decent but again nothing to write home about and bland. The music is also fairly bland except in certain well-written scenes, and very repetitive (80% of the time you'll hear the same song).
The story is mildly interesting. It is quite short (I thought I was midway through the game when "last chapter" appeared). The game sprinkles some hints throughout the story and then select a few of them to create a plot twist, leaving many plot holes. The ending is ok-ish, but nothing to write home about.
My main concern is that it costs >50โฌ and is worth maybe 15โฌ. It's a 10h visual novel, for god's sake!
