This isn't a bad show, however, I feel that this has a lot of modern push where "The Last Man" is a true Beta, and none of women seem to care that he is "The Last Man". A Lot of political "Left / Right" fights from the few that are left at the White House, and a good bit of tribalism/martial law with 'pro/anti' government everywhere else. Society has collapsed to a point, yet, people cling to the cities ? Here's a thought for writers... food doesn't grow (much) in the city. I'll be interested to see if ANYTHING grows in the spring. Interestingly enough, "The Last Man" doesn't even appear to be interested in repopulating society, and the rest of society that actually seems him ... doesn't believe that he is a man, and the few that do... aren't interested in him, making me wonder ... is their society truly doomed. Their society has a true ticking time bomb... birds/animals/fish/people aren't going to be able to reproduce. Going to safely assume that bees will die off, and along with it - most plants... then things will get interesting. Well.. after a few more episodes, and more of the 'men are evil' message pushed, this has a few separate storylines, which 'could' have been interesting, however, it appears that the series is now cancelled.
