This literally ruined the story of Peter Pan. Bad acting, an uncertain plot, random and unnecessary characters, and a lack of good story telling has all ruined this movie. The Lost Boys or should I say โThe Lost Boys and Girlsโ made the show seem very feminist and political. The lost boys group failed to show us the true, pirate fighting and goofy nature of the Lost Boys. The random girl that was some sort of Native, could have been removed from the story completely and the story would be the same or arguably better. The randomness of Peter Pan being able to resurrect just provided no point to him dying in the first place. The setting of the story was awful too. The treeless island looked far too barren and not mystical at all. It failed to show a magical Neverland and it looked like it should have been in a documentary instead of a movie. The actress that played Wendy was constantly annoying and I found myself rooting against her because all she did was get in the way. There was also an absence of suspense in the movie and Peter Panโs voice was so annoying. The fake crying at the end of the movie that Peter Pan did just made me laugh because it looked so fake and the whole conversation on the roof was useless and so was most conversations that Wendy was involved in. Overall this movie was an abomination and absolutely ruined the lovable nature of Peter Pan.
