Fantastically brutal and relentless action thriller that pitches a lone police officer fighting his way to the top of a tower block under the control of vicious drug lord.

One of the best comic book films. Urban is excellent as Dredd in a film that does justice to the original 2000AD comic. A shame that the planned sequels never made it.

Arnie said he'd be back and he is. This is an excellent sequel that is worthy of the original.

Excellent sci-fi thriller with time travelling robots that holds up very well today.

The costumes were great, but this is a terrible mish-mash of several of the original 2000AD plots. Avoid and watch the more recent Dredd which is excellent.

Why? A sequel that no-one needed.

Does more and better in 90mins than most films do in 150mins. A really smart sci-fi film with plenty of action and humour that is as relevant today as it was in 1987.
