Almost unbelievable . Why didn't someone in authority look at the wider picture and realise that the mistakes were not made by the previously faultless subpostpeople.The post office are responsible for ruining hundreds of lives and it seems to me that they need to accept their role in the scandal. I have never shouted at a TV programme in frustration as much as this one.
