**This book is really what stepped up my weightloss!**
i can rarely read a book
i just read a few sections
mostly this woman is bitchin about
the whole American health system
and the systemic food pyramid
there’s some also really good points made in this book
the kicker it says you can drop up to 11 lbs in 2 weeks
and I am taking that as a challenge
but there’s some really good points in this book
it talks a lot about how to average food calories of 400
i took it as 400 cals about a meal
with healthy snacking if necessary
already lost 4 lbs
