If you want to relax and laugh after a hectic day.. just go and see 'Doctor' Never seen a Nelson movie before but heard of his commercial hit 'Kolamavu kokila'..'Doctor' is a Dark-Comedy thriller (Don't know if that's a genre🤷🏻‍♂️ ),has an engaging plot, socially relevant plot and action and is a worthy follow-up to Kolamavu kokila and shows Dir. Nelson's understanding and intelligence in handling commercial cinema with finesse and credibility. The reason I went for this movie is mainly because of Anirudh's musical, it was like a cherry on a pudding..made a powerful impact with his bgm as it elevated the scenes to another level..he absolutely nailed it.Gotta love that guy. Classical theme in the climax sequence really gave me goosebumps. Yogi babu - Kingsley comedy combo have made many spectators jumped out of their seats including myself owing to uncontrollable laugh witnessed in many occasion throughout the movie. Sivakarthikeyan has aced the role of an unemotional workaholic introvert brilliantly. Vinai did his villain job amazingly well too...Each actors have done justice to their characters but bit of over acting can be seen here and there, also felt emotionally disconnected for some sentiment scenes as characterisation could've been better. Apart from these and some logical mistakes, the movie is really fun to watch. If you want to relax and laugh after a hectic day.. just go and see 'Doctor' 😄
