I’m not one to normally rate Movies but I had watched the first two and was intrigued with the third movie and how it all began. Honestly, sad to say, but this movie really was awful. At first, it showed how the aliens came down from the sky to the city, but from that point on it was just so hard to watch. Yes, they figured out you had to be quiet. The aliens destroyed the entire city. There were helicopters telling everybody they had to evacuate. And there was a big boat out in the water waiting for everybody to come aboard to escape. The movie was very choppy with its storyline. I thought it would have more substance. I guess you could say it was repeat of the first two but not near as good. it’s hard enough to watch a movie where everybody basically has to stay silent. But for the type of genre, again the first two were much better. And of course, I love Emily Blunt.
