I was very dissappointed in this movie and was so uncomfortable watching it that I could not finish it. This could have been a very good movie but the Army Ranger was portrayed as an idiot, the dog was abused by him in many ways and the watching this movie just made me feel anxious. An Army Ranger would never treat a Ranger K9 that way. They would not only know better but feel indebted to the dog having served with her. Taking her to a gun range, locking her in the car, taking her to a hotel full of unknowns, all stupid decisions that would never be made by a Ranger. I get he was trying to show how the Army discards damaged soldiers after they've been used up but I can't believe he did the proper research needed to show them in their true light. Maybe you were trying Channing but you missed the mark. I really wanted this to be a good movie.
