We found out the bus was delayed by 3 hours, 40 minutes past the scheduled departure. Customer service denied me a refund and didnโt even offer me credits for a future ride. Their technology and processes are not effective. Donโt expect your customers to be understanding of delays when you lack the capability to notify us in advance. This is not acceptable in 2023. I highly suggest Megabus as they have lower prices, better customer service, a better app, and actually arrive on time.
