A man, depressed by deaths in his life, visits a wintery and near-deserted seaside resort where he went with his parents when he was a child. He encouters a young woman who tries to bring him back into life and loving.
I saw it when it first came out, and left the cinema in tears. I'd love to see it again, but it seems to have been forgotten.
