Sheltered ? No this girl was beyond naive and asked questions all at the wrong times. Like girl red flags were jumping in her face. There is a difference between sheltering your children and overly protecting them. Either way, your child would become defiant or extremely naive; either way you are learning very hard lessons. You can be book smart with a little bit of street like come on. This movie was pissing me off and yeah he was classic he was taking advantage of her. I’m sure he did fall in love with her. I think he fell in love with the idea of her just at his beck and call. He chose someone they weren’t going to look at and he knew wouldn’t go against him. SMH. In time his love came for her. He loved the power and control. And that is no way to live always on the run with just the clothes on your back. Pregnant at that ! Where is this girl now ???? It’s like I feel bad for her then again she was loyal man idk 🤷🏽‍♀️
