All of you totally missed the point concerning the subway handcuffing. The point being another person defied the police and broke the rules made for the common good. What should the police have done? Walk away and let him continue doing as he pleased? Would like to know what he said and how he reacted to them. Maybe there was a reason for the handcuffs. People feel so entitled they don't think they should be expected to clean up after themselves. Then someone has to be paid to do this, forcing higher prices for everyone. Look past the nose on your face, and your personal biases. It's called "insight".
