One of my favorite sections was about being likeable. Ross shares research that says sincerity and understanding are more important than charm or intelligence. That encouraged me. I’m not the most outgoing person, but I care, and now I know that matters more. The book is full of stories, not lectures. I felt like I was learning from a wise friend.
