I've watched the program on catch up from series one up to series five and have enjoyed the concept of the show, and I've enjoyed 90% of the pieces that have been done, but the judges are now so annoying and with a bias in favour of abstract conceptual art it's a chore to watch them spouting their protentious drivel. They talk a good picture but I do not believe they know what good art is. I know it's about how you feel and how you see your subject but it seems to be the same feelings and seeing the same thing winning every time. There are other artists on the show with real talent with a precise tecnique or similar but with a more loose technique who are over looked, and when the winners commissioned piece is revealed I've not seen any real love for the piece up to now. So that confirms my belief the judges are wrong. Most of the reviews are 1, 2 or 3 stars but surprised it's got 8.2 star rating as an average, all the bad reviews are aimed at the judges judgement and their concepts in art and them not reviewing the prices as good overall art. So the hosts do a good job and I enjoy their imput but we require new judges please ones who just likes art without the protentious drivel.
