I went to go see this with my 12 year old, not bad, but definitely not a "ripe tomato". If you're interested in watching this movie, then you've probably already seen the horrible reviews and the very controversial comments. I am not here to tell you whether you will like it or not, as it is always personal opinion, but I can give you some tips having seen it:
1. There are a lot of disgusting scenes: vomiting, dead bodies, and blood
2. More than 50% of the humor is based on someone either getting humiliated, hurt, or both
3. It is definitely not a good choice if you are planning to go with ages 10 or under (language, images)
4. Honestly, it's a little desperate... there are some funny moments, but then there are the others where you are just think "Whyyyyy?"
5. There is nothing serious here, just making sure you know you're getting a comedy
6. You have to wade through a lot of awkward/ unnecessary moments for just a few laughs
Overall, after consulting my daughter, we decided on a 53%, once it comes out on Netflix, I would say that it's worth a shot, however, at the price of movie tickets, not while it's in the theater. But that's just us---hope you enjoy it better!!!
