I had originally heard a lot of negative reviews from very conservative platforms, and being a conservative myself I thought OK let’s see what the message is about. Totally caught me off guard. I love the film. Had a great message behind it. I just feel like we’ve kind of been programmed to what roles are in society should be but this film kind of unveiled centuries of manipulation towards our gender roles in a very simple yet deep way.

I already knew from the beginning, kind of where they were going with the film. It was very obvious so there wasn’t a really big “ahh” for me. I thought it was taking a really long route to get to the destination.
