Great production values, but boringly preachy. I suppose it is fine to tackle contemporary issues, however this particular treatment is heavy handed and a bit sophomoric. Better I think to have stuck to what the genre (a mix of fantasy and crime) is best at - escapism. Oh well, acting talent and money gone to waste, a pity.
