Personally saw all the news leading up, thought it looked amazing so I pre-ordered. Game comes out and I couldn't download as I was moving. Took a look at the news coming out and how people were starting to find game breaking bugs, unfinished assets, graphical blunders, systems that were broken. I requested a refund today and got approval to receive it. I am waiting to see if they will refund to my credit card or if they will just give credit (omop) to my blizzard account. Will give 2 stars, mainly for the quick response on the refund.
