As a teenager this game constantly stuck out to me for years with it's cover art and I never bought which was a huge mistake. When I finally did purchase the game I was let into the post apocalyptic world of metro and saw it for all it's glory. The eerie atmosphere and occasional scares fit the world perfectly and the story is very compelling in which some choices effect the outcome at the end. I've played hundreds of games over the years and if there's a series I can't ever forget about, it's Metro. It's not your typical shooter and is mixed with survival and horror for some exceptional gameplay! The controls can feel slow at times but the game isn't meant to rush, the story is to be appreciated and enjoyed! Also watch your gamma/brightness settings as too high really takes away all the feel from the game. Otherwise may you my fellow gamer enjoy this game as much as I did and may it make you an ever loving fan of the series!
