Poor experience when I had high expectations for this company. The people who worked in the office assisting me to book them for my move were very friendly and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their company, and unfortunately that was a mistake. I went over inventory with one of the guys on the phone and informed them I was still packing and may be forgetting stuff. He assured me it was fine and they would take care of it. When the crew showed up this Saturday morning they immediately walked in and said “oh we can’t do this, the truck is not big enough, we can only take what we can fit” AND they did not bring the garment boxes like I had asked for. I immediately called them and informed them what the crew had said and they said they would call them to talk to them. This crew basically showed up not wanting to work. They then just decided to UP AND LEAVE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO MY HUSBAND OR I. I sent my husband to talk to them and they had already left. I was then assured by the manager in the office that a larger crew would come out that afternoon. After waiting ALL day and calling multiple times, mind you NOT 1 PERSON from this company called to reach out to us all day and just left us hanging, no crew ever showed up!!!! We were told to wait all day by the manager in the office and never once did they call to confirm whether or not the crew was coming After waiting for a very long time but that they would let us know. I am so disappointed and would and will not recommend them to anyone or our friends who are moving soon as well. We ended up finding a much better company, who had a great crew with a great attitude ready to work. The amount of stress this company caused us on Saturday for this move was unnecessary- especially for someone who is 7 months pregnant.
