The Jenn Townsend character is an unsympathetic, self-absorbed, clueless individual who subjects her family to her own exclusive priorities. The only thing she’s somewhat good at is her job. That would be it. She would be a nightmare to live with, totally devoid of empathy and oblivious to to the needs of her own family. Really irritating to watch.

Lead actress is perpetually strident and grating. Definitely dedicated to her job in an annoying singular fashion.
