I like it and have found myself thinking about the show during the week. Initially I just wasn’t sure about it. It was a bit slow. But over the weeks I’ve found out new things about Maigret’s history, about his story, and I’ve met his wife who I like and in time I’ve realized she is bedrock for him. The more I learn about him the more I understand him and the more I like him. There is Nothing about him that is cut and dried but there’s lots about him that’s worth exploring. One more episode this season, and hopefully more next season. And we got a surprise last night at a whole new part of him - his past which apparently has a ton of wealth associated with it! Who wouldda thunk it?

It’s okay but definitely not great in my opinion. It’s all too cute - too predictable. I don’t know - it doesn't seem Real. What does everyone else think? It’s got the family dinner, the merged family is just too perfect. I don’t know - it just doesn’t seem real.
