I saw malaikottai valiban. My review. I have to say this there is no other film in malayalam industry like this movie. It's a must watch for movie fanatics. Ignorant people doesn't understand the beauty of this film. From start the introduction of Mohanlal and his journey as valiban is excellent.its not fast paced but it's no where lagging till first half.From the intro scene to where he win over mangod kalari is fantastic.there is a beautiful love sequence between mohanlals brother and a girl from mamgodu kalari which is critical in climax. After winning over mangotu kalari he conquers the foreign occupied slave lands which was highlighted in trailer.There was some exaggeration on those scenes but still the cinematography and background music compensated the flaw. After first half the story changed to next level.It was unexpected and the plot changed to internal politics between a family. Some of the shorts was too slow in second half but they have no other choice than that.The music and visual did compensate for that. And the climax was awesome and too good to start a second part.
