Very Sherlock. The sets and visuals are beautiful; the plots are intriguing. The two main characters, however, seem flat. The young doctor is unconvincing and boyish, sans charm. The detective is a bit better, however his voice is so low, deep and soft, it almost feels as if it is dubbed. Worth watching, but it would have been better with a bit more thought in the casting.
