Breaking the Rainbow Ceiling is essential reading for anyone ‘on the rainbow’ or with an interest in the progress of others ‘on the rainbow’. So essential it is that I found myself thinking how extraordinary it is that it took till 2024 for the topic to be tackled. It has given me ideas on how to approach some issues re my own working life (for myself and also colleagues/culturally too). It is impressive in its detailed data backed conclusions and interviews with business leaders from around the globe. On a personal note, it was not only helpful and inspiring but also - and perhaps most importantly - a reminder that we still have a long way to go to attain true equality.
