I've seen Dracula movies just not the original Nosferatu. So I am writing this with little to no context to the other movies.
Visuals in the beginning of the movie were enjoyable, especially the crossroads scene. But then it got boring and weird, the person I went with kept turning to say "what do you have me watching" and I asked myself the same thing at times. For a movie claiming to be the scariest I agree with others who say the jumpscares happened to ensure you were awake and they were totally predictable. Many weird scenes and no good character development. I felt no attachment to the characters and their stories, so it didn't not bother me at all to what their fates became. It all was very dry. Other disappointed reviews sum up my thoughts as well.
I was extremely excited to see this movie and left disappointed. I even checked the time once something I have never done during a movie at the theater. I am just glad I used some movie passes I got from the theater rather than having to pay to see it.
