This was an area of history I knew almost nothing about. I found it fascinating! The author’s style is so clear and concise. I love how he makes even very technical subjects understandable to folks like me without talking down to us.
I now feel like a trip to Panama to see this amazing feat of architecture as well as blood, sweat and human lives is on my must- do list!
