This was a boring movie.
The way the Hoss family lived while in command of Auschwitz was very thought provoking. The psychology of how a family could live joyfully next door to such atrocities is baffling. Unfortunately, that story could have been made into a MUCH better movie than this one.
I continue to lose respect for the people who vote for the Oscar nominees, and winners.
