The characters lurch from one crisis to another, including multiple assassination attempts on the UK PM, he was bit of a cross between Blair and Cameron, so maybe justified. That’s a joke by the way. Anyway I was exhausted and the verge of nervous breakdown just watching it. The plot was was quite convoluted and highly contrived, so not very believable. In the end it sort fizzled out, as if the writers ran out of ideas. Aside from that, good caste, acting not bad, the twists and turns kept you guessing, but doubt if I’d watch a second season.
