I was expecting much more from the series. Plot is rushed and shortcuts abound, there is no cohesive thread to the story because it is assumed that the viewer is familiar with the books. There is zero believable chemistry between the two main protagonists, they have one speed and it's lagging. All in all it's a HARD pass.
