I really enjoy the concept and it is nice to see all the different homes and towns and areas - would be so much better if Matt actually listened and took note of peopleโs budget $700,000 to $750,000 is NOT $930,000 and on the episode shown on 16 January he did not show the couple one house under budget - disappointing!! for the couple and the viewers because we all want to see a happy ending
