I had an appointment with Tom at 8:30AM. Tom called early and advised he was caught in traffic and running late, he requested we reschedule. Tom kept in constant contact with me and rescheduled twice for later. Tom called and rescheduled for 10:00AM and said he had one customer infront of me. I got there at 10:00AM as agreed. About 25 minutes later the dent was gone, I mean perfect, you can't get any better. Tom said it took less work than anticipated. Original estimate was for 250 dollars. He said he would give me a significant reduction in cost. The total cost for the repair was 100 dollars out the door. Yes folks, that's how it's done! I couldn't be any happier.
