Amazing book , lost one and a half stone in 28 days and totally turned around my bad eating habits. More concious of my food decisions now . I have suffered with underactive Thyroid for 20 years and struggled to lose weight, also struggled to give up bread and dairy ( my mum had allergies and thought I may have been the same), the book made it easy to just stop. Great recipes, still be using them after the 28 days. Would recommend.
