DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order over a month ago and never received it. The tracking hasn’t updated in weeks, and every time I contact them, they give me the runaround with vague excuses and fake promises. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund, and they refuse to give me my money back, instead trying to force me to wait longer or accept a replacement I never agreed to. They clearly do not care about customer service or fulfilling orders. I genuinely believe this is a scam operation. Save yourself the stress—stay far away from Purple Hecate.
