I think UI movie is hardly related to North korea dictator kim jong un ruling in north korea. I guess somewhat most scence in this movie have taken from the north korea people true life style. Kim jong un does the same things like killing & torchering to the people whoever against his policy. If you read about kim jong un life storey, probably you get the UI movie answer. Infact when im posting this comments, i have not watched the movie. I just saw a trailor.
