I think you need to keep Eve on and replace the guy with Geo. Their chemistry and personalities are more if for this time and would bring a brightness to the show. Right now it's just too dry. His voice is closer to monotone. His voice is flat at times and does hold the attention of the viewer.

Mark is not audience friendly. He comes across snobbish, rude, and very self absorbed. Everything is about him and his ego. I don't think he knows how not to act and tries too hard to be himself. He has a controlling personality. The best they could do is get a person where the chemistry works with Kelly and the show. Mark is truly not it. No awards in their future.
