Atomites

Contact support is awful. I have emailed their contact support multiple times about a bug on fut champions where I am winning and and the opponent disconnects and I don't get the win and says the match is held under review to see who won and lost - this is not true I never get the win. And the contact support just replies with an automated message and don't reply to my emails personally. I do like the game and I enjoy it most of the time, but the company keeps making mistakes and I'm not sure how a multi billion dollar company can consistently fail and mess up.
