Mac Zafarana

Found it to be a bit corny and forced. I wish there was more suspense, it felt like they showed their hand too early. As the movie played out, it felt expected. Overall just a very average movie to me.

The exposition of the story is horrible. Everything is too on the nose, the jokes are painfully cheesy. I spent the first part of the movie annoyed. BUT. Hang in there and it turns into all the fun of Knives Out. Once the murder mystery kicks off, it's a joy to watch, full of fun and action and clues that make you wish you paid attention to every little thing

Swing and a miss. The concept of the movie could've been thought provoking and thrilling. Instead, the movie is FILLED with unrealistic details that spoil the story. Everyone seems to be immortal, have a photographic memory, and simultaneously no common sense. The mob boss' private driver didn't notice he was being followed? Really? The vodka-injected woman who had to miraculously escape a sinking car unscathed also remembers a license plate number? Really? Oh, and the old woman at the center of the whole scam is just scurried off screen after the first 45 min, never seen again until the final seconds of the film. The story has no protagonist. You find yourself hoping everyone is killed just to put you out of your own misery.
