I like that the content is "family friendly" with no violence, cursing, and X-rated sex. I wanted to enjoy this because it is set in SC, where I grew up, but it's not true to the culture and the dialects are way off for all but a few of the actors. Joanna Garcia is a pleasure but she doesn't get the use of "bless my heart" and other Southern exclamations. Brooke Elliott comes across as a displaced Jersey girl; she just doesn't embody a typical SC woman. hey really could have used a good culture coach. The best acting is done by those with character and minor roles. There are some watchable scenes and it's better than "Outer Banks" by a long shot, but not on my list for future views.
