I read the reviews, but was in a time crunch and used anyway. They disclosed to me that there would be 2 two hour minimum but also an additional 1 hour tacked on for travel time, what they did not disclose was the $300 they were going to charge me to wrap my things in Saran Wrap. I had some of these supplies from my last move and already had things wrapped, so no extra materials were needed. The disclosure of an additional 15% supercharge was also not mentioned. For a 2 hour move, I ended up paying over $1000. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
