Ah... bit of a let down to be honest. It's just another woke show. The women talk to the men like dirt, slap them around, order them around, and order them around like they should be feard physically. I doubt in that era that was the case. I think if it had been centered around the father, it could have been better. He has the better back story and one that fits in with what they are doing. Instead it's based around his teenage girl. She has no experience in doing anything. Yet by episode 2 or 3 she is an expert cowgirl, even though they call her a cowboy, and she is a stone cold killer not long after that. I'll be giving season 2 a miss. Its no yellowstone. Here's hoping all these spinoffs don't have a negative effect on yellowstone.

I'd give it 3.5. Horror films have kind of worn themselves out over the years. This one was decent though. Russell Crow suited this role perfectly I thought. SPOILER: it had the right level of creepiness for an exorcist style film. The cgi was kept to a minimum and concentrated on a good storyline.... until the end. When the final good v evil battle in the bowels of the building take place, it got a bit silly with special effects. A bit ghostbusters like. All in all, a decent horror film for this day and age. Most importantly, it wasn't woke! The kid done a great job too. 👏

Stayed true to the game. Stayed away from woke BS. Don't trust the poor ratings from people angry with the casting. Definitely don't trust woke film critic sites. Me and my family loved it.

Spoilers: It's a pretty unique story, that they could have done so well with. I'd have gave it a solid 4. But it seemed like a good 3rd of the story was a woke message. Like we need any more of those. It takes a good half hour before they actually settle down to the main plot. It spends the 1st half hour mostly reminding us that the parents are 2 dads. The sub plot seems to be that these guys are gay and adopted a girl. It's a sub plot that serves no purpose and has no direction or arc to it. They accused the 4 horsemen of doing this to them to pick on them for being gay, even though they killed 2 of their own people and done nothing but praise them as being amazing people and parents (even though they never met them). Same sex parents is so rare and more like a fashion statement these days, it done zero for the story and if anything, all the attention they gave it, simply took you out the story and in to a lecture. The mix of races of the horsemen even seemed like a P.C message. When they said they would start self sacrificing, I predicted to my Mrs exactly what order it would happen. So predictable. If they had made it a nuclear family, they could have added conflict via one of them having an affair, and the whole trip was them trying to fix things. That would have made a sub plot with meaning and it would have added to the outcome of the finale. I know personally that when you bring a kid up who isn't yours biologically, you still love them unconditionally. But there is still something more when the child is yours biologically. Again this could have added another layer if it were a nuclear family. Like maybe the child was possibly not his... Shame... it had potential.

Full of lies and wokeness as usual. Big racial messages that just didn't happen. Kurt Russell elvis is the best version.

Pretty poor. This is probably going to be the last one I'd imagine. Almost remakes of the original 3 is the way I see them. If its the last one, you'd think it would be all guns blazing. Considering the dinosaurs live amongst us in this. there was just very little interaction between dinosaur and man in it. It felt like they were trying to hold us in suspense for seeing the big guys, like T-Rex. We seen him in the 1st 2. No need for the late dramatic entrance in this one, but that's what they tried to do. When even that came, it fell short. If they had chopped an hour off this film, I'd have bumped it up to a 3 star. If the special effects weren't as good as they are, I'd have gave this 1 star. It also felt like there was no lead actor in this. Almost like they tried to share out that title amongst everyone.... it didn't work. The actors they did bring in for this were bland too. Oh and it had the hollyweird usual dose of wokeness thrown in too. Going back to see top gun maverick AGAIN tomorrow. Just to remind myself that all is not lost : )

For years the original top gun was my all time favourite film. Now its my second favourite. Replaced by top gun maverick. I can't see a sequel being so good it completely outshines the original to this extent again in my lifetime. See what happens when you put quality before wokeness, Hollywood? You get a hit. Take note.

I was disappointed. This was the film I looked forward to the most this year. I expected the kind of battle scenes we seen in braveheart.... a powerful score etc. But it fell short. It felt more like the kind of acting you would see on stage. Not on the big screen.

Garbage. It's supposed to be a comedy/disaster film. It was just a disaster of a comedy. Like most comedies right now

Avoid it. I've no doubt it will get comedy of the year, and I've no doubt anyone who seen it will wonder why
