I've been watching since season 1 with a break in between and then a binge watch. At first I was team Kody. I quickly realized how manipulative he comes across. Kody wants us to believe his wives have voices and choices, but we consistently see they do not have either. The may speak, but what Kody says is law. If they don't like it he invites them to walk away oh so nicely. He may not be a "Warren Jeffs" polygamist, but he does "rule his kingdom" and he does it in a way that these "strong" women think they made the decision themselves. The drama and blogs keep me watching.
