A slow burning movie which holds you in its spell till the very last scene. Realistic throughout, never crossing into Bollywood escapist territory. Today’s India can tolerate caste and creed divisions but not socio economic ones, sadly not. Thome is briliiant !

We decided to watch this film when we noticed Siddiqui in the cast. However he was outdone by Gitanjali Thapa and Manya, one of the cutest little girls you will ever see. There is little dialogue but you don’t need much when you have such versatile acting and enchanting scenery, not to mention the scenes of Delhi at its seediest. A classy movie

Classy film. Beautifully portrays life in a hill community in a Tamilnadu / Kerala border district, with fine mountain settings. The story line is absorbing and so very realistic. A top rate watch.
