Show is amazing! You can see stuff here you cannot see anywhere else. However I think all of these people deserve more credit as Zumbo surely did not make his masterpiece deserts in 3h time under a lot of pressure etc. To cook/bake and make a desert in 3h, if that is a real time frame given to them, under pressure in front of cameras etc takes gut, skill and will. Bottom line is that they are much better than we think and all are winners. I do not like those small pauses that they - Zubmo and Rachel - need to make for the wow moments as it is so fake, it should be more spontaneous and natural. Please do not take a lot of time to make Season 3, come back soon! :)
