So the movie seems like a patchwork of related scenes with not much by way of continuity. The main conflict came out of nowhere as did the solution to said conflict. Each scene is related to the last but very few scenes actually link together in any coherent way. You really suffer from whiplash as problems and solutions rise and fall in 5 minute intervals throughout the hour and a half runtime (minus the credits and logos).
Some of the songs are genuinely charming and some new characters were as well but nobody was really given any depth outside of their 5 minute segment of story arc. In general Iโd say the film was... ok. Good enough for the younger generations of Frozen fans but lack the magic and charm of the first, by alot, for older fans.
