Arthur Peck's, the Joker, desire to achieve in America as a stand-up comic is destroyed by another Hollywood denizen. The creator of this dreary tale have tranferred their bad meetings experiences in Hollywood hoping all of us would suffer along with them. Boo Hoo! I'm crying from the misery the creator created.
