Nailed Otgo

Riri says in episode one of the show that Tony Stark would be nothing without his money. She also has a desire to be greater than Tony Stark. She has her own lab at MIT with funding, a full ride scholarship, and she helps people cheat as a side hustle and she still complains about how hard her life is. I don't understand what the show is trying to say. It just makes Riri seem insufferable, jealous, and out of touch. Also, she says she wants to make something that people will notice. She says no one cares about more boring technologies that improves the world and that's why she wants to make an iron man suit. So is her goal to get a lot of publicity? Seems like a really bad goal for a superhero. I think whoever wrote this script should be replaced by AI. Chatgpt could do a better job.

Some of the worst writing I've ever seen in a movie. If you need to make your characters seem like brain dead morons the entire movie for the plot to take place, then you've failed as a writer. The character's decisions in this movie are so unintelligible that it surpasses comedic and ends up being just plain dumb. The characters only motivation for their actions is to take up time on screen and advance the plot.

What an insult to the first film and the joker character as a whole

The personalities felt off. I don't think any of the writers actually played the games for more than an hour. The casting choices felt like a slap in the face.

If you want a movie that very clearly explains everything with a simple, straightforward plot (think marvel movies) then this movie isn't for you. This movie subverts a lot of expectations about what a movie should be. I liked it because of how much I found myself thinking about the movie afterwards.

I had a hard time staying awake the first third of the movie. It felt like it was parodying itself.

The first 20 minutes felt like a lecture. Then I turned it off.

This show wasn't as bad as I was expecting but it also wasn't great either. There were a number of pros and cons. Spoilers ahead. Pros: the show depicted the universe of Halo from a civilians point of view which was refreshing and interesting. When you play the games it's easy to forget what the characters you're playing as represents to regular people in the universe. The show had cool sets and costume designs. The CGI was pretty decent. Cons: taking off master chief's helmet was a terrible decision. They should have just used Steve downs' voice. Master chief is cool because you don't know what he looks like. He's a faceless soldier. Showing his face in the show ruins all that cool factor and makes master chief seem more human which just sucks. They shouldn't have shown his face. Also the actress that plays Dr. Halsey could have been more cold and calculating and not as friendly. There's a lot more I could say but as a fan of the games and someone who's read the books, I felt they did a lot of stuff wrong and ruined a lot of what made master chief and halo special.

Having played every pikmin title, this feels like a letdown. A lot of the upgrades and content is locked behind finishing the game and sidequests and once you've finished these things there's nothing to do in the game with these upgrades that you've unlocked.

Awful movie. Wish I could give it zero stars.
