LOVED THIS MOVIE. IT WAS FUNNY TOUCHING AND RESPECTFUL

I loved this movie top to bottom. A mind castle of the great Baz Luhrmann's and The homage to the past, present and future. The respect paid to his legacy and the time he was born in and the place he came from and what influenced him. All the performers are astounding. Let it wash over you and bask in this man's talent.

What a beautiful quiet film -- to enter the world of this child and watch her process life the way a child would. Its simple, tender and a story told brilliantly in such a low tech way!

All of the actors are wonderful - not a false note. Anne Dowd is a wonder. And this director keeps it so simple that this tragic story can breathe. This tight intimate look seems like its shot in real time. I don't think I have ever seen a movie like this ever. So beautiful and emotional but there are moments where one cannot believe what the human spirit can endure but weave into their hearts. How hatred and confusion can walk side by side with moments of beauty and forgiveness
